That’s right DB Lunch members… we’re going to Europe this week.
For those that are keeping track, I took two days off last week and the only lunch was a celebration of St. Patty’s day: Corned Beef Dinner with Fennel infused cabbage and boiled lemon-parsely red potatoes. Yum!
Tuesday- Dolmades Variation (Stuffed Grape Leaves in Tomato Sauce) (Greek)
Wednesday- Coq au Vin (Chicken in wine with mushrooms, carrots and Canadian Bacon) (French)
Thursday- Lombo di Maiale Coi Porri (Pan-Roasted pork loin with leeks) (Italian)
